There are more lawsuits than there are courts to hear them. If Bextra has caused you to have major side effects or has injured your health in other ways, you need to write to the manufacturer, and notify your doctor, pharmacist and attorney.

YES. but... you only get to sue if you had a heart related injury. dont sue if the pills didnt kill pain. the lawsuit that is out right now is only for heart attacks and strokes caused by bextra. but the whole thing is crap- the only people who got heart attacks from it were old anyway, and so they were at risk for heart attacks as it already was.

watch the tv for these suits i have seen them or call your local lawyers office to see if they know anything
