Space Ghost. He would his Power Bands to beat Captain America & destroy Cap's Shield with them.

Space Ghost would jump/fly onto the scene and catch Captain America totally by surprise with some random introduction of himself (eg: "Hi there, I'm not wearing any pants")...After Captain America's powerful potent and patriotic attacks barrage Space Ghosts senses, Space Ghost would launch a devastating series of questions having nothing to do Captain America. Then he would blast Zorak.
In the end there are no vicotrs in battle.
Victory belongs to the Viewer.

Space Ghost is a great host. And I love Zorak & Barak...who are way funnier to me then Ghost.
But we all know that Captain America would beat Space Ghost even though he is a very dull hero.

Come on. Space Ghost can't even beat Zorak. I mean, he blows him up every show and Zorak just keeps coming back. He might as well have his powerbands filled with Marshmallows. Cap defeated the Red Skull and took down Hitler. He also helped save the Earth about a million times. That's why SG went into TV show host. He sucks as a hero. Come on! His sidekick is a monkey and an 8 year old boy!
