I have Microsoft XP and I wanted to know If it is possible to save stuff like in My Pictures or My Music with a password without having to make a password to my file because I want to save things that I dont want certain people seeing but I don't wnat to seem suspicious when I suddenly put on a password for my username

If you zip your files you can encrypt them as well as password protect them. Winzip and Powerarchiver offer this feature.

Without putting a password on your user name, I think it would depend on the type of file. If it's Word or Excel, you can set passwords. (Go to Security)

A picture or music file? I'm not aware of a way to protect those.

u could use compressed zip folders 2 put passwords on your files
