does anyone know what carrer options are for an MS in Engineering Management?

An MS in Eng Mgmt is normally a substitute for an MBA - for the engineer that wants to stay in manufacturing or the techincal side of people management.
If you want to stay in a technical environement, then the MS is a better option than the MBA as the MBA is more focused on the environment outside of the technical field.
