Legends of the Fall is my favorite Brad Pitt movie and I loved the changes his character went through......and it was a breathtakingly beautiful movie. I loved Se7en too.
But as far as showcasing his talent, I think it has to be Fight Club or Snatch.

I love the movie Interview with the Vampire because he was so good playing a vampire. It was an excellent movie and he was soooo hot in it like in all his other movies. But one of his best acting roles was Meet Joe Black. That was such a good movie and he was so great in it.

"Seven." It was a great movie with a great twist. I'm also a huge fan of both Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey. It's one of my all-time favorite movies.
