What is the saddest movie you've ever seen. Has anyone ever seen "The Champ" starring Ricky Schroeder.?

It has to be Old Yeller. It just sets you up for a huge heart break. And the sacrifices that people make only to turn to tragedy. Followed really closely by Grave of the Fireflies. Both movies can make a stoneface like me weep.

That's a tough one. There are so many. I would say the movie that has gotten to me the most is a French film called "Ponette." It features a performance by Victoire Thivisol, who was 4-years-old when she made the film and is just absolutely heartbreaking in the film. It's basically about a child trying to deal with the death of her mother, and Thivisol is just completely amazing as the young child.

I have seen "The Champ." It's definitely sad, but I don't think any film has ever touched me as deeply as "Ponette."

I can't think of the saddest offhand, but my husband seriously cried over the scene in "10 Things I Hate About You" where Kate reads her poem to the class. I laughed. Oh I just remembered what movie made me bawl my eyes out... Cinderella Man.... when they are struggling through the depression. Oh my goodness......

A Walk to Remember, makes me tear up everytime. The first time I saw Pearl Harbor I cried when I thought Ben Afflack died, cause I thought he was cute now its like why did I ever do that. The first time I saw Brian's Song I cried like a baby.
