If this happened, it would be by P.C.H. (pacific coast highway) in Malibu. I would give her a ride to Starbucks and buy her and myself a cup of coffee. And then sit down with her, and try to knock some sense into her. (by the way, I drive nearby her house all the time. Can't say I've seen her begging by the road yet.)

I would laugh at her, K-Fed probably stole all her money! And I would give her 1 whole dollar because I felt sorry for her. Because I'm a nice person like that.
