They hate us because they want to be us. It is pure jealousy. We make them feel insecure.

Two reasons.
1. He's an Englishman, which means he has no penis and is jealous of anyone that does.
2. He wishes he could get a really good hamburger. Don't forget; the Brits eat something called "Spotted Dick". (Dick of what, I haven't a clue.)
