One problem with sharing your personal space with someone else, is that you can't really be who you are. We can't be the slobs we usually are, have to act differently, dress, instead of our underwear, etc. They do things often that bug the hell out of us. After a while, if it goes on too long, we just blow our top and say as you did, terrible things, in anger.
There is an old adage, visitors and fish, should be kept for three days, after that, they go bad on you.
All you can do, is talk to your friend, and explain the situation. He also carries some responsibility for the event too, he overstayed his welcome. Several months looking for a job, is way too long. He should have made other arrangements.
So hopefully, he will realize that.
Just tell him the truth and if he is a true friend he will forgive you.
good luck, and remember, it isn't all your fault. as they say, no good deed, goes unpunished.

Well, friend. I know this can be a very tough thing to do. But I would invite the friend over and appologize for what happened. When you live together for so long, people can get on each others nerves. Just explain how you feel and appologize. That is the best way to do it and you friendship will hopefully be restored. Also pray for forgiveness.

Obviously, once you break something, and try to put the pieces back together, it will no longer be the same. I really don't know more of the situation, however, it will be good if you go to your friend and reconcile. Obviously he is badly hurt, perhaps there was a better and harmless way to tell him to move out, instead of just shooting it out on him. Whether he will forgive you or not, it will be all up to him, you just have to prepare for the unexpected.

Well sometimes we make the biggest mistakes when we are angry and aren't thinking. That's why its better to think before we act because we might regret them after wards. The best thing to do is to let things cool down a bit and then ask for forgiveness because he might not want to talk to you right now. But if hes a good friend hell understand.

You need to suck it up girl and put your pride aside and apologize to immensely to your friend. If they are not quick to come around don't feel rejected and go off angry yourself. Hang in there and put your actions where your mouth is, prove in any way shape or form EVERY CHANCE YOU GET... your dedication, respect, loyalty to the friendship. If this person is hurt they might make you jump through hoops a little bit but stay in there and prove to them you are a good friend and how very sorry you are. They will come around sooner or later.
