choose the college/university/junior college of your choice on or offline and phone them asking for a catalog. You can also review online what they teach and what they specialize in. Their catalog (and online) will tell you what the requirements are. You would need to decide what course of study you want (i.e. what degree you want), and determine your financial needs, you will need to submit documents like your high school grades, take your entrance tests, and maybe you would also need need a place to live, so you need to discuss this with a counselor (the registrar's office will tell you what you need and refer you to a counselor). In addition to all that you will need to buy your books at the bookstore. Your first two years would be subjects you had in high school like algebra, engllish, business math, etc. so if you choose to get an education you can afford you might want to get your first 2 years in a junior college (easier) and work toward an AA, and then transfer that AA into a 4 year college and take your final two years.

Well first you should visit a site like www.petersons.com, it is very informative and has a "College Search" that asks you questions and from your answers narrows down colleges that would be the best match for you. Once you've figured out which colleges you would like to attend and most importantly can afford then you should request an application. Eventually they will come by mail and you can fill them out. Most applications require a short essay. Be sure to apply to more than one school to increase your chances of being accepted somewhere.

Every college is unique in the steps and documents it requires. Contact the college you want to apply to, and someone there will be able to walk you through the steps.

1. how old are you? if you are in school (hs or jr. high) please see your guidance counselor for infor packets...If not ...proceed to #2
2. Do you know a college you are interested in...call or email them. asking them for an application packet for undergrad admissions
3. once you receive the packet it will explain to you what you need...usually your transcript from hs or former schooling, a diploma or equivalent, a check for the application fee and then the application filled out.
you usually mail them in....some schools now you can apply online if you have a paypal account or a charge card...
good luck..and the final step is to keep your fingers crossed and say a little prayer!

Check with the admissions department of the college of your choice. Each school has different requirements.

Lazy bastard. DO YOUR OWN WORK. I encourage all other Yahoo! Answers users to NOT post serious answers to this question. He or she deserves a beating if she's this lazy and wants to go to college.
