"Quicker" or "more efficient" might be a more accurate term than "easier", but basically, yes, I believe it's easier to beg forgiveness than seek permission.

I Believe saying Sorry is a much more meaningful thing, but somepart of pride makes that hard to do. If you did something and what someone you love to feel better, you may not want to apologize but do it anyway. Don't think about it, just do it. And the pride you swallow, will eventually turn into a soothing feeling knowing that special person knows and feels you care.

Of course. But that's because an apology can be a really empty, meaningless thing, whereas asking for permission has a lot more...worth, and a tangible outcome.

Well, sorta. It's easier to *intend* to say you're sorry and then when push comes to shove blame it on someone else completely.

I think that their both important, b/c they are both important in our every day life and we need them, in order to express others what we think or need to do. I think that their both necessary!!
