Some medications cause discoloration of bodily fluids... are you taking any? Even sometimes certain food does. Additionally, it is possible you drank something with a lot of dye in it or that someone is feeding you highlighter juice when you're not looking... ok, j/k on that last one, but if it is truly orange, it's probably dye-related. If it is bloody looking, red specks or something, then you really need to go see a doctor. Good luck!
