The option grant will tell you the price. That doesn't change. Not all options can be traded. In any case, the current value would be the difference between the grant price and the current stock price. If the option can't be exercised for some time, any current value would be purely speculative.

You can click the Finance link on the Yahoo home page to get the current stock price.
