They have small teeth, not dangerous though.Can be a little sore if they bite you like between your fingers on the soft skin.
Don't like them..they lay eggs, eat their own little babies, mess on the walls, fall on ladies when they are bathing (cold ) lol...
they become a pest if allowed to breed unhindered.
They do catch many mosquitos and insects though.
Cats love catching them and eating them, but some people say cats lose weight from eating them.

yes and no. not the kind of teeth like you or me or a crocodile, but their jaws have tiny little saw-like pattern and these are called teeth, why not.
