Different races are just different pigmentation of skin color. It seems to me that people not God separate out based on our "looks".

There isnt. Clade groups is more meaningful from a "evolution" or allele frequency measurement science standpoint.

It is entirely plausible that an all-powerful creator built enough adaptability into the genome of the control system of the planet (humanity) that they could exhibit subdominant traits that improved performance within different climates and environments.

DNA tests still cant reveal ethnicity. They can reveal gender, and relationship, but you cant tell the skin color of the subject.

In my opinion the idea of multiple races or human subspecies or what-have-you is just a rationalization of bigotry.

Technically we are all one species. Race is more of a categorical concept due to the physical adaptations to our geography. Among animals, like cats or dogs, there are different species (mountain lions, leopards, wolves, foxes). Among humans, there is only one species on the planet. We just developed different physical characteristics over long periods of time. Naturally this includes differences in the cultures as well. The important similarity is this: all cultures/peoples/whatever developed beliefs in something Bigger Than Themselves (aka:god/gods).

Does anybody really know for sure?

What if there IS a god for each race or creed? And all those gods are a subsidiary of the one GOD?

Each person who believes in God has to believe in just one, but that doesn't mean he would deprive another person of believing in HIS One God.

I will say I don't believe that my God would want people to argue about His existence. Can't we all just try to love one another?

The common genetic differences that we use to separate humans into different races are completely arbitrary. For example, people have different colored skin in order to regulate the amount of sunlight that comes into their bodies, so it is determined by how much sun was in the place from which your people originated.
So all of these differences are caused by living in different places on Earth. But we are all one species.

What is your point? One God could still create more than one race.

Has nothing to do with God... it's climate. Where a race developed and evolved depended on where you were born and what attributes you required way back when!

Why should God pick just one race?
We don't all have the same hair color.

God is not a person. God is like the pulse of the universe.

He designed beauty in diversity ( in many different ways) - now if we could only take that beauty to heart. We (man) have made mistakes and messed it up.
We are all special, beautiful and precious in his eyes. All loved by him.
I love the differences in us - it's a treasure.
