If I don't have a high-def t.v. will it affect the graphics of the games? If so will it look like Halo 2 or worse?

HD will make the games look a little smoother and show off the visual effects (reflections, skin tones, etc.) much better, but everything should still look fine on a standard tv. No worse at least.

HDTV just makes the game look sharper and clearer, it doesnt make the graphics better. So it will look amazing on a standard tv.
