Appleton Rum is the best. They have many varieties which vary in proof, but I like the "Special". It is such a treat, it is like liquid candy. They also have a 21 year old rum which is exquisite. I'm sorry I don't recall the proof of the rum, as it was the flavor I was interested in.

Woods 100 dark rum, normal rum is 40% by volume Woods is 57% by volume, its like rocket fuel.

Distilled at The Diamond Distillery, Guyana. It is produced using a combination of spirit made in both pot and continuous stills, from the finest sugar cane grown along the banks of the River Demerara. It is matured for 1.5 to 3 years in oak before being blended. The sugar cane produced by this enormous life-giving river makes it the sweetest in the Caribbean.

I have 4 x 1litre bottles in my cabinet at this moment, I tell a lie I have 3 and a bit litres.
