I can't give you advice on what to wear because I don't know what styles you're into. But I will offer you this advice:
-Check the dress code at your school before you go shopping. Some schools have limits on how short shorts and skirts can be or if you can wear sleevless or strapless shirts, or what kind of shoes you could wear. (When i was in school everything had to be at least as long as your fingertips when you stood with your hands down to your sides and you couldn't wear shirts with less than a one inch strap or sandals without socks.)
-Ignore what the norms are in your area. Dress in what you like and what you feel comfortable. You might even start a new trend. (I was the only person who dressed even remotely goth in a school filled with preps and hicks-it caught on in a small crowd.)
-Every school year (and in some places every winter break as well) is a chance to re-invent yourself.
-It doesn't matter what's in style. Dress to fit your body type. Genetics did not bless me with the legs for mini-skirts and I've never worn them. Make sure your jeans don't gap in the back when you sit down (a lot of girls' do) or worse cause little rolls at the top when you stand up (this is even more prevalent) If you're busty don't wear things that bind and if you're flat chested don't wear shirts that gap in the front.
-Very few schools are heated evenly and with the security measures in place a lot of schools don't let you wear a coat to class. Layer clothes. (when I wan't wearing all black I lived in tank tops and long sleeved men's dress shirts. They kept me warm). Buy a cute hoddie (or cape, or flannel shirt - something warm that's not a coat) that is a basic color (think tan or black or white, something that will match everything) and leave it in your locker. Don't spend a lot on it because things get missing out of lockers.
-As far as hair and makeup, do something that isn't high maintenace. Some days you wont want to get up early enough to get all dolled up to go to school (especially around mid-terms.. ew..). There are great eyeshadow compacts out right now that are blended to compliment your eye color. Make sure you get oil-free makeup and moistureizer. Try to look natural. Avoid looking like a clown from wearing your makeup too thick and make sure to blend your foundation down past your jawline and fade it out down your neck because if you don't (and you won't see it) you'll look like you're wearing a mask.
-I would recommend buying a purse that you can put feminine products, pens and pencils, a calculator, a hairbrush, wallet, cell phone, etc in. Get something big enough to handle more than you think you'll need to carry. Bonus points if you can get a bottle of water in it (if your school allows that- because its nice to have one - especially if you get a class in a room like i had French in where the heater runs all year long)
Hope this helps.

Ok..im in the same grade as you so i know how your feeling. I have dirty blonde hair and green eyes and the makeup i use is browns and shimmery greens and that works well with hazel eyes too. I have tanned skin to and i normally get my nails done. (french Manicure). But if i dont i pick out like a light pink or off white and it looks really pretty. For your hair if you have striaght hair your lucky. You can style it all kinds of ways by curling it scrunching it or just leaving it straight. Clothes...well if you into the current fashion then buy jeans, cute mini skirts, you can go to alloy.com and look at there clothes and then when you go shopping pick out the kind of stuff they have thats what i do. For shoes flats and vans slip ons are really hot right now. I really hope this works. I tried as best as i could. Good luck!!!

-----its always best to buy clothes that fit u the best. buy jeans that arent skin tight and have a dark wash (color). as for shirts, pastels always look best on tan skin, like light blues, pinks, white, red , or anyother color besides brown. with shirts, put then with jackets that come in at the waist, itll make your waist look really tiny and sexy. u can wear any style of shirt, whatever youre interested in.
-----as for make-up get an oil free foundation and apply a think layer to your face. if u dont know what your color is, while you at the store pick up a foundation that u think is your color, squeeze a little on your finger and put it on your jawline. if it disappears, then thats your color. then get the same color powder. as for eyes, apply white from your top lid all the way to your brow, but just a thin layer. then use blues, purples, and greens for your eyes, and just apply on your top lid. for eyeliner put a thin layer right in your lash line, then put on a volumizing waterproof mascara. i would avoid putting on nail polish, natural is in this year, so just buy an at home manacure set.

Look at what's available in your area and the style for clothes. What's comfortable on you? If you look self-confident, you'll make a good impression. Don't overdo the make-up, it could backfire on you if you do.

It relies upon. Boarding faculties can help you quite bond with your pals or it could make you quite depressing. no longer plenty from the academics or punishment, yet once you're coated in the communities - except you fee your on my own time plenty.

you dont need anything just go to school naked, all the guys will envy for for the rest of the school year. That would be the best first impression of the school year ever.
