Eating yoghurt.

Drinking buttermilk daily is supposed to stop them from even happening.

You can also use apple cider vinegar and daub the infected area with it, and use garlic to stop the itching. I swear!

I would suggest at a minimum taking Optiflora (Two-Product System with Prebiotic & Probiotic) This advanced, two-product system used new technology to protect beneficial microflora during the rigors of shipping, storage, and the acidic journey through your stomach. Other products claim live microflora at the time of manufacture. This product guarantees the delivery of live microflora to your colon (replaces "friendly" bacteria). A lot of our problems stem from an unhealthy colon and intestinal tract which unfortunately most of us have not due necessarily because of anything we've done. This product actually starts the healing process rather than just treating the symptoms.

Also Garlic Complex (destroys yeast overgrowth).

Other supplements that would also be helpful is:
Vita-C, Zinc and Nutriferon (builds & strengthens immune system)
B-Complex (increases absorption)

These are all natural supplements.

For more info or questions, feel free to contact me.

Best Wishes

It really depends if it's systemic or localized, but the best killers of yeast overgrowth (candida albicans) are:

** fresh raw garlic (crushed) 3 - 4 cloves per day

** caprylic acid (from virgin coconut oil) 1 - 3 TBSP per day

** oregano oil (diluted) 1 - 3 drops per day

** pau d'arco tea (steeped) 1 - 4 cups per day

** a good probiotic as found in yogurt, kefir, kombucha, or tablets of acidophilus bulgaricus, etc.

Search the web for "candida".

There is also a great yahoo group called "candidasupport" which advocates an good diet which (if followed) will cure candida.

Stop all sugars including fruits and juices. Eat lots of plain, nonfat yogurt, preferably sugar free too (but that is hard to find). That yogurt can also be used internally, although some women are scared to try that. Buy some good quality acidophilis and follow directions. Use aloe gel for itching. Don't take baths; ever. Wear cotton undies only.

I've but to uncover any well therapies, however I've been informed on making use of traditional yoghurt to a tampon, do not take scorching baths best hot showers. If you best like baths then be certain they are now not too scorching and do not wash your hair within the tub whilst. Don't put on tights or too tight garments, attempt to put on simple cotton pants. Use non-organic washing powder to your garments, drink tons of water and if all else fails Diflucan is extremely exquisite! Get higher quickly!

Eating yogurt with "live cultures".... this will help prevent them....and may scare a mild one away..... you may need to get some monistat at the drug store (but only do this if you are CERTAIN it's a yeast infection)

cut back on your sugar intake - both refined and natural (like fruits). Sugar in the body is what feeds yeasts of all sorts.
