Your could try Abstinence.
Condoms are the least amount of all contreceptives. Would you rather spends thousands on a baby or STD medication or $13.00 for a box of 6 condoms. This is the only safe method that is considered cheap.
You could also try Dry Sex our Outercourse, which is rubbing up against each other with your clothing on as you would if you were having sex. You could also try masturbation of yourself and of each other. The is safe.
Okay I will say this, you can also use Saran Wrap it is not as effective and you could still put yourself at risk especially during sexual intercourse. Remember this is not 100% safe.
Finally, go to a health clinic often they give out condoms for free.

Abstain. Sex is a responsibility and in order to do it with the least amount of fall-out you have to be responsible. Everything cost. If you want to drive you need a car, if you want a place to live you have to pay rent, if you want safer sex, you need to purchase condoms.
In some of the larger cities you can go to a neighborhood community clinic and get condoms for free. Maybe they have such a clinic or clinics where you live.

Condoms and abstinence are the only ways to prevent against std's. If you cannot afford condoms, Planned Parenthood does give them out free of charge.

Go to Planned Parenthood or a gay bar. They give them out for free. And condoms are a heck of a lot cheaper than a kid.

Ask your parents for money, and buy some rubbers... Or, wait to grow up before you have sex.

most areas have planned parenting, or goverment agencies that will give you free condoms to prevented unwanted births and STD's... if you can find anything, get a job and buy some condoms.
