If you're talking about Americans being fat ... you're right on target!!
Remember when the "touchie-feelies" made schools give up phys ed so as not to hurt anyone's feelings?
Remember when they disallowed such words as "fat"? And when they suspended any student who called a fat kid "fat"?
Now, instead of emphasizing physical activity in schools ... they are trying to outlaw anything and everything that causes people to get fat. They sue McDonalds because their "Big Mac" has calories!
There is no longer any requirement for personal responsibility in America. In fact, no matter what you do that is harmful ... there's a name for the "disease" ... a cottage industry to address it ... and lawyers lined up to sue someone because of it!
People in America are fat because they are lazy, self-indulgent, and have no sense of pride or personal responsibility.

America is mostly a country of the unbelievably stupid, naive and ignorant.
However, it has become rich and powerful because of a land rich in natural resources (taken with much bloodshed from the natives) and because of a small minority of brilliant scientists and intellectuals who are held in contempt by the majority who take advantage of their achievements.
America has been so provably wrong on so many issues it is absurd and they are too stupid to see it.
1. They now talk about solving the problems of the Middle East after voting in a president who initially said the rest of the world didn't matter to Americans (and wanted to pull out of the Palestinian/Israeli peace process- the Palestinian situation being a prime recruiting sergeant for terrorists)
2. They ignored the rest of the world who warned that they should take stock and plan before invading Iraq (and many of these supported eventual military action.
3. They said they don't believe in Global Warming (the fact that they would ignore their own Academy of Science shows how anti-intellectual they are).

We have food. We have so much food that we give it to other countries who don't have food. I think it was Chris Rock who said, "Only in America will you find someone who hunts on a full stomach." I know this is not exactly true, but it does make a point. I work in a restaurant, and actually feel bad when I have to throw away food people won't eat. You should see the amount of food wasted everyday. I used to work in a place, in Richmond, VA, that would let me give it to homeless people. It really is crazy how Americans take something so basic, like food, for granted. It blows my freakin' mind.

well being a us citizen ill yell you a secret but you have to promise not to tell anybody i could be in big trouble if they find out i told you the secret is we eat the inhabitants of other country's

Mcdonalds. yeeech, and while we cannot blame the corporation alone, people want fast a convenient food and do not demand something better, so it's the fault of the people. Unolike UKers who demanded that GMO's not be included in their food...good for them. But for us here, if it's not fast, easy and cheap..it's not worth it...but then again whats the real cost???

Because in the US, we are served bigger portions. For example, look @ the French, their portions are small. They eat pastas and stuff but they have much smaller portions. Our stomachs stretch out because we eat so much that we need more and more food to feel "full". Sucks to be us... We're fat.

Because we are a very pampered country, with bigger portions, more varieties of food (including every type of food that is natives to other countries), more money, etc etc.
