The dustbuster (or any vacuum cleaner) works by creating a relative vacuum (hence the name) In space, the vacuum is close enough to absolute, that there is no pressure differential. Hence it wouldn't work.

yes and no. yes, the motor should still work (assuming your battery is charged, and assuming your DB is neither too cold nor too hot for it's operational parameters)

and no, it won't create any suction.
