This is a bit too conspiracy theory-esque for me.
The holocaust did happen, there is physical documented proof. However, I don't think the western nations should have arbitrarily taken a chunk of Palestine to make up for it. If that hadn't happened, there would be no terrorists (beyond the random nutjobs that do things like the Oklahoma City bombings).
