Hi!!
I have a Green card and I am planing to see my relatives and friends in Russia,but I am not russian citizen.What documents do I need to go there?

I might be wrong, but I am 90% sure that unless you're a citizen of an CIS memebr state (Ukraine, Kazakhstan etc.) you will need a visa (10% of doubt for citizens of Cyprus etc.).

It depends on your nationality.

If yes, then contact Russian Embassy or the nearest visa desk in the US. They would advice you on the further papers.
