Should that person leave him? 1 month prior he wrecked her car and it was also totaled. He said he was reading a map and lost control. (no alcohol involved on this one)

That depends, does he have a drinking problem? Is he always doing stupid things? Are there other problems in the relationship. No I wouldn't say leave him because he made one hugely stupid mistake, but if he is constantly screwing up then yes and if he has a drinking problem then yes.

Well first time he total his truck and now got dui and why would he driving your car if he already have DUI??? so there fore he shouldn't be driving your car and he must be drinking. Make no sense why he would be reading a map an dlost control he knows that area so damn well how can he not know ?

Make sense? I don't believe him He either drinking or have woman giving him BJ the job lost the control and crash??? we don't know but I think you should leave it up to you to think about this.

I think he needs driving school, maybe a judge needs to decide what he gets for wrecking two cars. A dui from where I'm from gets you a court date and a pissed off judge. But no I don't think you should leave him over that.

I don't think that's a reason for leaving him....if he has a drinking problem he needs to go in for help. We have all driven drunk when we shouldn't have at one time or another. After going through the DUI program, I'm sure he'll be smart enough NOT to do it again.

IF you were going to leave him you should have left him then.IF no alcohol was involved in this accident then why leave now.You should really look at the situation and see if you are really happy with someone who would choose to drink and drive, thats pretty sorry of him.Get him some help and you some counseling

Once again a question only that person can answer. Does he have an alcohol problem or was this a one time thing? I wouldn't let him drive my car again that's for sure.

This is a worse situation that is mentioned in your wedding vows...for better or worse....this is fixable...he will need you now more than ever, do all you can now or forever hold your peace...if he doesn't get help now it will get worse and eventually pay more severe consequences than DUI penalties.

Get the hell out until he gets help with the alcohol problem. If he says he doesn't have a problem then he is afraid to confront it!

I would hate to see your insurance payments for now on. ouch. I would wonder about his driving record over all. Might be worth checking on. Maybe any other police reports. Maybe you don't know him like you think.
