No matter how I would use them, someones else would either cry it was for good or evil. I may help a person to be healed from a disease, but then someone would cry foul because I was doing the work of god and god determinded that that person should die. So it is a moot point how I would use them it is how the outside world would percieve my actions. Personally it would be to help and not harm. It is said in a spiderman comic "with great power comes great responsibility" no truer a statement can be said about such.

Both. At the start i would go around doing good, until the temptation for evil sinks in, then i will do for personal gain.
If i had super strength, i would probably get a job as a construction worker ^^ and then go around stopping trains with a finger, purely for fun.
If i could fly i would just fly. After a while, i would dive-bomb my friends with random foods. After a longer while i would test out how good military planes were.
If i had laser vision, i would write stuff on anything i wanted, and then cut holes in bank vaults.
If i could turn invisible i would turn invisible and scare the pee out of my friends., and then steal something.
If i had super speed i would be an Olympian.

I would only use them for the good of human kind. I understand that the evil way is very overpowering. I would make sure that every person would have medical coverage and other health befits as well and I would stop all wars and make sure that all the people of our world would learn to live together in beauty's way that everyone would be in balance with mother Earth.

If the power granted me long life I would find a secluded home and learn about the world.
I would try to gain my own country and allow others to choose to live under my rules and my protection. I would study the universe and it's secrets.
How great of power are we talking? I'd like to be a demigod.

Do you consider yourself to be a good person? Most people do. Of all the questions you will ask yourself in life, probably the most important is, Am I good enough to go to Heaven? Let's see if you are good enough...Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart; and we've only looked at three of the Ten Commandments. That's how God sees you. Nothing is hid from His holy eyes. He will even judge our words and thoughts. Perhaps you think that God is good, and will therefore overlook your sins. But it is His goodness that will make sure that murderers, rapists, thieves, liars, etc. receive justice. Will you be innocent or guilty on the Day of Judgment? Listen to your conscience. There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. If you die in your sins there is no second chance. God's Law demands justice, and the penalty for sinning against Him is death and Hell. God will give justice, and sinners will end up in Hell forever. Repent! Repent! Repent!

I suppose that would depend on how you defy good or evil. Like I would attach a raw sewage pipe to the likes of BIn Laden , Saaedam Hussein etc face and let them drink raw sewage while having them tied to a log burning them over a slow but very hot furnace, and their eyes been gorged out with screwdrivers.

Good and Evil are merely opinions, I'd do what I wanted and then let other decieded. But I wouldn't care, cause I have the power.

As much as i'd intend to use them for good, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Maybe the temptation would just be too great....
