Calm down. Relax and breathe. Okay his boxers were full of c-m, doesn't mean he is cheating, her could have been masturbating or watching porn and masturbating. Or had a wet dream. Whatever it was, it is probably normal. Men are allowed to release it is normal.
Now if you're concerned with him cheating....than you need more evidence than just c-m in his boxers. Playfully ask him where the c-m came from...and then offer to make him c-m again.

Here's my take. Whats wrong with him having a little enjoyment with himself. Atleast he's doing that and not out with some other person. Let a guy be a guy and let him willingly help himself to pleasure nothing wrong with it.

He didn't have to be watching porn. He could've just masturbated. There's nothing wrong with that. Why would he have to hide porn from you, that is another question. Most men masturbate. It's normal.
