i heard that having a 7 and a half inch penis is not normal for a 15 year old is this true?

There's not much you can do about it, so no point in worrying...you're only 15 anyway, hopefully you aren't using it yet!!
When you do begin using (with others, not alone) just be sure you learn how to use it well...pay attention to your partner...
