I have started to wear a training bra. I am almost flat there unless I get cold and?

I stick out and it shows through my tops. Would I look more natural if I wore a padded bra? Do padded bras look natural or do they look to fake?
I'm not sure about getting one.

if you are almost flat chested and wear a padded bra, everyone will notice. i've seen people do that and you can tell they are wearing a padded bra. it looks really fake. i wouldn't get one if i were you. i started wearing trainers about a year ago, and i'm almost flat there too. that is weird that when you get a cold they stick out more. when i wear a lightweight top it looks like that and i hate it. it looks so weird. try wearing layers. wear a plain white tank top under your clothes so they don't show as much. when they start to develop more they will look more natural. this is just a stage and they will look better soon.

The problem with training bras is that tye're just this little piece of fabric and they're not very discreet. there are some lightly padded training bras. or if you can't find one you can always buy the pads and wear them under your bra. Try a sports bra. they tend to be more comfortable than the regular training bras.

If you are not trying to change your figure drastically, nobody
will know and you can certainly achieve some modesty that way.

Padded bras are okay. Don't go too big. If you really don't have anything, just get an A cup padded bra.

I love Frederick of Hollywoods padded bras. I am not very big on top and so the extra is a bit nice, but it also helps in that situation. you never have to worry about peeping through your tops. and it looks very natural.

i be attentive to what you mean. this is no longer mushy and it feels awkward. you would be able to characterize a compromise to her. you may positioned on a halter that has a self-bra or a knit camisole decrease than your outfits while going someplace with adults around, yet once you're homestead inclusive of your pals, you may dress to be comfortable and happy. education bras quite do no longer serve any good purpose. while your chest is flat, you do no longer choose the help of a bra. Ah yes.... to be 15 and be going through one of those physical phases. I have a 9 year old daughter who started to develop, we ended up getting her sports bras. So far its been the only thing she has bee comfortable with. Yes, I'm her father and I have to deal with this, seeing how when she's with her mom, she wont help. Have your mom go with you to the store, and you know, you're just going to have to try em out see what looks best. but give it a year or so and you'll fill out. Trust me.
