A mixture of water and vegetable oil rub it on and work out the gum, then scrub with a mild detergent to remove the oil. Or you could try rubbing it with ice and peel the gum out as it freezes.

Don't laugh but you have to pour pee on it (fresh urine) and let it soak then spray windex on it and it will break apart with a gentle rub with a towel.
