G. I. Joe has never killed a single cobra. He-man is gay with his "fabulous" powers. Kiss is pretty gay too, and fat. So it's a toss up.
I'd say He-man because he's so strong he might kill someone by accident at least. Barbie would probably go with Gene Simmons like all the other Playboy playmates.
