I think it's real, but I think they cut out a whole bunch of stuff to make it more "interesting" and attention grabbing

most reality shows are completely staged or somewhat staged...but i think "the hills" is somewhat staged!!!!!!

maybe some staged.. not a big fan of the show anyway.
