I will be using this laptop for school purposes, chating with friends, and surfing th internet. Please give me good advise with a good deal on a laptop! Details on what I should look for would be grately appritiated!!!

If you go to www.deals2buy.com they list daily specials. The links there will take you to the actual site that is selling the item. On deals2buy page they list ways to get great discounts. Follow the instructions and you will have a deal to buy. You can get a nice dell for around $600 or so. It will serve all your school needs. You cant go wrong with a Dell.

Hp, Sony and Dells make the best pre-built systems, anything around $800 should work.

I bought my entire computer system for $500.00 on www.tigerdirect.com my freshman year of college. It is now 4.5 years later and my computer is still great! My mom then bought hers from the same source for $300.00. It is not as nice as mine, but it is fast. Check it out.

if you want a cheaper than new price search for refurbished computers. maybe some place in your area sells them. you might ask at local computer stores or clubs
