there's no marks or anything on my back and chest but it is itching like mad. Lotions will not soothe it neither will this anti-itch cream I have. It hurts also, my mom washed my back to get rid of the lotion to put on the cream and it hurt my skin so bad. What is this and how can I relieve the itching?

It sounds to me like you are experiencing hives, an allergic reaction. I would suggest you take some claratin each morning. You may have allergies to pollen or grass. You should also check with your doctor, as this could escalate and become dangerous.

Hun, the first thing you need to do is go see your doctor.
You can't just let these things go by!
they might be a skin reaction!
or you put somethin or ate something that makes your skin react like this!

Could be some sort of infection...or fleas? I don't really know, but you should definitely see a doctor! In the meantime, try calamine lotion.

If you have been in a region where it has been very hot you may have a heat rash. I get them and get all itchy in the same body areas you describe. It will go away when it gets cooler.

You should go to a dermatologist. Or, do a quick search on google and make your own diagnosis!

You could have sunpoison, that's when your skin is allergic to the sun.
