Have you had any contact with PRINCE?

He is my favorite artist of all time. I would love to hear any personal stories if any.

I mean other than just going to one of his concerts.

I work in a recording studio in Santa Monica, and we use the kitchen from this place upstairs that does telecine.

So one day I walk up there to get breakfast and there's Prince in the kitchen getting something to drink with his beautiful wife.

And to make it even better, he was in a purple velvet jumpsuit.

One of our clients that day said they used to work with him at a studio.

And they'd be like, "Where's Prince?"

And someone would be like, "He's outside playing ball."

And sure enough he would be out there, playing basketball in heels!

Yes, sorta kinda. First I just want to say I am no fan of his, but I respect his guitar playing(just not his singing). Last winter a few of my buddies and I went snow machining up in Canada. Anyways to make a long story short, one night at this bar in Toronto he just jumps up on stage and started jamming with this band that was playing. It was kinda weird, yet cool. I don't think it was planned, or it didn't look so but I was already half cut on that Canadien beer. We thought he was making a movie or something but the waitress told us his wife's family is from there.

This is secondhand, but he's weird. A friend of mine was a DJ who interviewed him several years ago. Said he's very short (he's tiny, I've seen one of his jackets at Hard Rock in Minneapolis) and a tough interview subject, when asked a question he'd just mumble & not really answer.
