Be very polite. Yeah, Birthday works best to get a crowd of the girls together.
As long as you are nice when you ask them, and not drunk and falling all over the place trying to grab them, they most likely will be ok with it.
But, ASK NICELY!

They get asked all of the time. Smile and ask and say you want to show your grandpa, he'll get a kick out of it. That makes it sound cute :-)

Believe me - most of the people who walk up to her and ask

simple just walk up to her and ask 'will you take a pic with me' if she says no then shes a bi**h they get asked that qeustion all the time
