Do you prefer to answer serious questions or stupid ones where you can give a stupid answer?

I'm not talking about this question. I'm just wondering about your preferred answering style.

I answer some of both types. Funny is easy but if I know the answer to a serious question then I answer those too.

Sometimes I prefer serious questions, but sometimes it's just great to answer stupid questions. So it depends on my mood.

There are days that I would love to tell 'the world' how stupid I think everybody is. Know that feeling? And if then someone here asks a very stupid question, there is the perfect opportunity to do that. Great :-)

On other times, mostly actually, it's just very nice to give serious helpfull answers. I really like helping people.

I like being able to help people. If their question is stupid by my judgement, I try not to be rude. Maybe they are that stupid. Everyone knows, the only stupid question is the one you don't ask! I try to give everyone a chance. I'm sure there's someone out there who considers my questions stupid, and I ask them because I really don't know! That's what Yahoo Answers is all about, sharing the knowledge! :)

Funny ones and when serious ones are asked I usually give a smart@ss answer anyway. That is probably why I don't get many best answers.

I am the same (i.e. both), and if I don't know an answer that I expected to know based on the question title, I sometimes try to make a little joke to lighten things up a bit. I don't like the rude questions though.
