my parents say there too dangerous and they always think the worst thing could happen what can i do

I myself was raised around guns and know if you handle them properly and store them safely and so on they are safe, but also I know what a gun can do because my sister died of gunshot to the face but it was a suicide attempt that was not supposed to succeed. I also have friends that were accidently shot and survived with a lot of damage.
I am not sure how old you are but like I tell my 12 yr old son who wants a gun, show me how responsible you are and in time you will get one when I am ready. He has to show me he can keep his grades up, do his chores with out fights or arguing and not doing them or complaining adds more time to wait. He also has to show me that he will take proper care of it and use extreme care in handling it. I even took a gun safety class with him and we go to my parents house and shoot with the whole family to get more practice for my son.
Do some research and so on on the gun and know everyhting you can about that and other guns and the more you show your parents you know especially about the use and care of it they may slowly change their minds otherwise wait until you are old enough and responsible enough to get one on your own and save some money towards it will help too.

If you want a spring airsoft gun then they should let u because they don't break anything. I can't even get mine to go through a pop can and they don't hurt. When you get shot with it they don't hurt unless your a wimp, and they aren't even dangerous. You aren't gonna put your eye out from ricochet of a airsoft BB or anything like that so yeah. And the C02 or battery powered are pretty much the same way except they are a little more accurate, hurt a little more, and are easier to use. You put your eye out with a BB gun or a pellet gun! And if they worry that much about it wear eye protection and if a airsoft BB hits your arm it feels like you got flicked.
Show this to them!!!!

Either tell them that you promise not to shoot out all the windows in the house or just go and buy one for yourself.
