Josh Lewsey - he is an amazing rugby player, and he tried to combine life in the army with professional rubgy. I really admire that, it shows that not all sports personalities are 'air heads' like people often think, especially of rugby and football players.
I was at the Powergen cup semi finals (cardiff) and the finals (Twickenham), he is a brilliant team player, he doesn't play for himself as much, but for his team.
It also helps that I support London Wasps!

Lance Armstrong.
The fact the one man can overcome so much, and then want to work even harder to win a sport. AMAZING. I don't think many people could ever do what he has done.

Lance Armstrong - and NOT because I like Bicycling, I don't.
But because FOR YEARS, I MEAN YEARS he allowed those French Azzholes to abuse him about illegal drug abuse when they could NEVER PROVE ANYTHING! And they would test him like 7 times a race and NOTHING. NOTHING.
So, that to me is PATIENCE.
