Rat Race is by far the funniest. I have it on video and watched it several times (saw it at theatre too)
Other movies I have laughed out loud at (which I don't normally do) are "Anger Management", "Bean", "Freaky Friday" and the very old movie "The Jerk"

Animal House. It actually was voted the funniest movie ever by some group of people who know. Caddyshack's way up there too.

Old School, it's the freaking greatest movie of all times, I can watch it over and over and over again and still laugh at every scene.
