What underwear will give my "small" guy a nice pants bulge?

I measured him a few times while sleeping. His flaccid penis is 2" long and 6.5" when erect.

This thing REALLY works for the flaccid penis. It is very expensive and it takes months to work, but it really adds inches. Good luck!

Six and a half inches when erect is not small. You should encourage him, tell him how big you think he is, etc. That is the biggest "bulge" you could give him.
