I have a Verizon Wireless Motorola Razr v3c. Its not the one with GPS, just Bluetooth VCAST VIDEO, and Get It Now. Does it have a SIM card, and how can I access it? (P.S. It is not a GSM, 800/900/1600/1800 Phone)

No, none of Verizon Wireless' phones have Sim cards...I work for Verizon Wireless and this is an all too common question that we must say unfortunately not to...sorry hope this helps...
