hook up everything. cd in drive, ipod in cable etc. bring up itunes. should see the cd in there on the far left. click it and select tracks you want. pressing the control button allows you to pick the ones you want. once done, drag all selections to your library. wait until all are ripped. go to library and select those songs and drag to your ipod icon.

Open up iTunes, then stick the CD you want to import in your CD drive. A section under the purchased section will show up saying audio Cd. Click on that and click import CD in the upper right hand corner. Or you can hit the plus sign button in the lower left hand corner, which will bring up a new untitled list. Put the name of the CD in that list. From the audio CD section right click and hold the title of the song you want, and drag it over to the new list you created. Drag all the songs that you want to put in that folder over to that folder. As soon as you drop the song title off in the folder it'll start importing right away. Once you are done importing your Cd's into iTunes, hook up your iPod to the computer and they'll start downloading into your iPod.

I have an mp3 an to do this to mine i have to rip the music on there. Check on ur program. See if you see something that says "rip" or "rip CD's" or something like that. If you find that and it still doesn't work then make sure everything is hooked up right.
