you can still travel there youll just have to do things like take taxis and stuff...but if you mean youre going to move there and youve been banned in one state for driving...you can still get a license there...if youre banned your current drivers license is invalid..but you can always get another one in a different state...thats how people that have 23 DUI's get away with driving still...they just move from state to state till theyre banned from driving there for good

Best not to. If they catch you in that state they could make you say that Double ya Bush is inteligent before they let you go. and how long would that take?

What's your reason for being banned? If its a trivial offence, check with your hire car company... Dangerous drivers are not welcome anywhere, either in UK or USA...!!!!
