I do not want a payday loan. I want to pay off my debt and start over. I am looking for a company that will take the chance and give me a second chance.

You can get debt consolidation with bad credit. But debt consolidation doesn't make the debt disappear - you'll still have to pay it back. And it's a one-chance option - if you consolidate your debts but keep on spending you won't be able to do it again - you'll be heading for bankruptcy.
You can get a second chance but not a third chance!

BORROWING MONEY DOES NOT PAY OFF DEBT.
YOU CANNOT BORROW YOUR WAY OUT OF DEBT.
If you want to start over, you need to file chapter 7 bankruptcy.
