Personally I'd choose to get it over with while you're already in surgery! It would be awful to have to go back with a Baby at home for surgery again! That would be double the pain! Good Luck!

My wife had it done...considering they were in there anyway a tubal can be done easily. They can also do a more thorough job during a ceasarean because they can sew the tube pieces back into the wall of ueterus.

do you mean a tubal ligation? If you are sure you don't want anymore kids, go ahead and do it curing the surgery. it will not add andy additional recovery time.

Be sure to get your partner fixed too. Tubals can fail.

ummmmmm, contraception is something you use to NOT get pregnant. So you make no sense at all.
