Ask about something that you would ask your friends about. Do you need support about something, have questions about what something is like? Is there anything that you don't feel comfortable asking your friends about, something that the anonymity of the Internet would be perfect for? Do you have a question about something that your friends may know nothing about, like skydiving, or marriage?
Whatever you do, don't ask for emergency medical advice! I've answered about 10 questions concerning that topic, and truthfully, there is no way to give decent emergency medical advice over the Internet.
