Snoopy, of course. Scrappy-doo doesn't have the brains required to win a round in the ring. Snoopy is much more cunning, and he even has boxing experience as "The Masked Marvel" How can Scrappy-Doo compete with that?

Snoopy - he's intelligent, quick on his feet and resourceful! He would win a boxing match with Scrappy Doo (who is the reason I stopped watching Scooby Doo. :p)
