They have some in California I believe. They actually exist, but not in the wild, since lions and tigers do not naturally inhabit the same areas. They are like donkeys (horse and mule mix) in that they cannot reproduce, so there aren't very many of them. They also have a problem with growth inhibition so they get much larger than either lions or tigers, but tend to be more docile than either and have shorter life expectancies.

There is no specific place to find Ligers. A few zoos have them but not many. They're generally not found in the wild either, just like humans don't mix with chimps.

You cannot own ligers as pets, if that is your question. They DO actually exist (though not in the same way as Napoleon Dynamite may have you believing), and are found in some zoos that have artificially inseminated lions or tigers to crossbreed them. If you are interested in finding one, I would recommend doing an internet search and trying to find a zoo that has one.

usually at animal scantuaries, They are mix between lions and tigers and are still wild animals. usually they are created by the mishandling of the cats. You won't find them in any zoo, or likely to see one except on TV.

They are real i have seen them with my own two eyes...Only in captivety tho...Private breeder raise them and you do have to have a permit. They do have them in California and i dont know if they are in any zoos...Look up exotic breeders, you would be surprise what you find.
