What else (other than software) can be outsourced?

I am looking for some real innovative answers. I understand this is an emotional question for some.

Almost any job that deals with information can be outsourced. There have already been horror stories about outsourced medical information. Currently, x-rays are stored electronically and sent out to be double checked. Network administration in the USA is being handled from overseas for AT&T and other major networks. That includes phone networks, bank networks ... you name it, your info goes overseas. It seems very contrary to national security, but heck, the Homeland Security department is a joke anyway.
